Begun as a pilot pop-up community market in the Summer of 2022, Market Night at Lake Desire hosted very successful monthly market nights at the Lake Desire Clubhouse in Fairwood. The market grew from 12 vendors in June that year with 2 food trucks and music, to 35 vendors at the October market in October with 4 food trucks and music. 

Families, neighbors and people from nearby neighborhoods came to shop, eat dinner and enjoy the music at this quaint location. We quickly realized that there is a need for a community event for the people of Fairwood to gather, shop, eat and enjoy music. 

Moving to a new space at Northwood Middle School in Fairwood, Fairwood Market Night operates monthly and features over 75 vendors, a variety of food trucks, music and dance performances. We specialize in offering a wide variety of artisan crafts and food, such as Stickman Leather, Blue Barn Kettle Corn, Sizan Skincare, Salt Blade Meats and Plantasia NW. 

We welcome Non Profit and Community Groups order to provide promotional opportunities for their outreach to the community (i.e. South County Cats, Pacific Ballroom Dance, Fairwood Lions).

Fairwood Market Night is led by Fairwood Community Group, a 501(c)3 designated NonProfit Organization.
